How do I request a change?
Email us at the support address in your welcome email and tell us what you'd like changed. Small updates like new hours, a phone number or a few photo swaps are $20 each. We'll confirm the details and price before we start.
What happens before my site goes live?
We send you a preview of your site. You can send us one list of changes, and we'll make them before launch.
What counts as a small update?
A simple update might be new hours, a phone number or a few photo swaps. New pages and features need a separate quote. We’ll confirm the scope before starting.
How soon can my site go live?
We’ll agree on timing after you approve your preview and provide the information needed for launch. Your launch date will be confirmed directly.
Can I add booking or an online store?
Yes—those are custom projects. Tell us what you need and we’ll send a free quote.
What about my domain name?
On the annual plan, we register a domain for you free for the first year, in your business’s name, so you own it. It renews at $14.99/year after that. Already have a domain? We’ll connect it for you.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
You can cancel anytime, and your site stays online until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you’re not happy, ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase. Domain costs are non-refundable and are deducted from the refund, and you keep the domain. See our refund terms for details.
