1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how VectroWeb LLC (“VectroWeb,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you visit vectroweb.com, contact us, or buy our services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, buy a plan or ask for help, we collect details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the information you share about your business and website (for example, services, hours, address, photos and logos).

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details directly. We receive limited information such as your name, email, billing address and the last four digits of your card, but never your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time. We use it for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Spam protection. Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile may collect technical information about your browser and device for that purpose.

Publicly available business information. To tell businesses about our services, we may use publicly listed business details such as business name, address and phone number. See “Your choices” below to opt out.

3. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed. These include our hosting and cloud provider (Amazon Web Services), payment processor (Stripe), email provider (Google Workspace), spam protection (Cloudflare), domain registrar, and mail and printing services we use for postcards. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

5. Websites we host for our customers

For websites we build and host for customers, the business that owns each site decides what visitor information its site collects. Messages submitted through a customer’s contact form are delivered to that business. Questions about a customer’s site should be sent to that business directly.

6. How long we keep information

We keep customer information while your account is active and for as long as needed afterward to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Quote requests that don’t become projects are deleted when no longer needed. Opt-out requests are kept permanently so we can continue to honor them.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

To make a request, email . We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above. If we make material changes, we will notify customers by email.
