VECTROWEB LLC

Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you buy a website or service from VectroWeb.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (the business or person buying from us) and VectroWeb LLC (“VectroWeb,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing a plan, paying a setup fee, requesting work, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. Our services

VectroWeb designs, hosts and maintains websites for businesses. Our Basic plan includes a mobile-friendly one-page website, a contact form, secure hosting with SSL, a preview of your site with one round of changes before launch, and access to paid updates after launch. Custom projects (such as additional pages, online booking, quote forms or online stores) are described in a written quote, and that quote forms part of these Terms for that project.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. By purchasing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the setup fee, your plan, and any updates or projects you approve. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes unless stated. Applicable sales tax may be added where required.

4. Pricing and introductory offer

The Basic plan’s regular price is $240 per year. New customers who choose annual billing pay an introductory price of $120 for their first year. The monthly option is $25 per month and is not eligible for the introductory discount. A one-time setup fee of $99 applies unless a written promotion waives it. Promotions apply only as described in the offer and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Automatic renewal

Your plan renews automatically so your website stays online. Annual plans renew at the regular price of $240 per year after the first year, and monthly plans renew each month at $25. For annual plans, we will email you a reminder before your renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry it, and if it remains unpaid your site may be paused until the balance is paid.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through the billing link in your account emails or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your site stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it is taken offline. Cancellation does not by itself entitle you to a refund except as described in the Refunds section below.

7. Refunds and our 30-day money-back guarantee

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase. This covers your setup fee and your first plan payment.

Domain costs are non-refundable. Domain registrations are purchased from a third-party registrar and cannot be returned. If a domain was registered for you, including a free first-year domain, the domain cost of $14.99 will be deducted from your refund. The domain remains registered in your name, and you keep it.

Renewals. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that charge, less any domain renewal cost. After 14 days, renewal charges are non-refundable.

Other charges. Paid updates are non-refundable once completed. Refunds for custom projects follow the terms in your written quote. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your service ends and your site is taken offline.

To request a refund, email from the email address on your account, with your business name. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

8. Domains

Annual plans include a free domain registration for the first year. After that, the domain renews at $14.99 per year. We register domains in your name (or your business’s name), so you own the domain. If you cancel, we will help you transfer the domain to a registrar of your choice. If you already own a domain, you remain responsible for it and for giving us the access needed to connect it.

9. Updates after launch

Before launch, you receive a preview and one round of changes. After launch, small updates such as new hours, a phone number or a few photo swaps are $20 each. Larger changes are quoted first. We confirm the details and price before starting any paid work, and we do not charge for work you have not approved. If we make a mistake, we fix it at no cost.

10. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the information, text, images, logos and other materials you give us (“Your Content”). You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate any law or anyone else’s rights. You grant us permission to use Your Content to build, host and maintain your website. Please review your preview carefully before approving launch, including your business details.

11. Ownership

You own Your Content and your domain. VectroWeb owns its templates, designs, code and tools. While your plan is active, we grant you a license to use the website we create for you. If you cancel, you may request a copy of your website files for your own use. We may show a link to VectroWeb in your site’s footer unless your plan or quote says otherwise.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive or infringing content or activity, to send spam, or to distribute malware. We may suspend or remove content or services that violate these Terms or create legal or security risk, and we will notify you when we reasonably can.

13. Hosting and availability

We work to keep your website secure and online, but no service can be available 100% of the time. Maintenance, outages of our hosting providers, and events outside our control may cause interruptions. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services, internet providers, or changes you make outside our service.

14. Third-party services

Our services rely on third parties such as our hosting provider, payment processor, domain registrar and email providers. Their own terms may also apply, and we are not responsible for their services.

15. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, number of visitors, leads or sales.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VectroWeb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify VectroWeb against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content or your violation of these Terms or the law.

18. Ending service

We may suspend or end service for nonpayment, for violation of these Terms, or if we stop offering a service. If we end a service for reasons other than your breach, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid amount for the unused period, less non-refundable domain costs.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects your plan, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use our services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to first try to resolve the issue informally by contacting the other.
